日本発燃油サーチャージ変更についてのお知らせ(政府認可済)

拝啓、時下益々ご清栄のこととお慶び申し上げます。平素はチャイナ エアラインをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。

さてこのほど国土交通省に申請しておりました燃油サーチャージの変更につきまして、国土交通より正式に認可が得られましたので御報告いたします（認可番号#2353）。つきましては、下記のとおりの内容で燃油サーチャージ額を変更させていただきたく存じます。 何卒ご理解いただき，ご協力を賜りますよう宜しくお願い申し上げます。

   2012年1月1日発行分の航空運送状より適用させていただきます。
2. 燃油サーチャージ額
   

   	現行	変更後（１/１～）
   ＴＣ３向け短距離路線 （台湾・香港・マカオ・中国・韓国）	ＪＰＹ９１／ｋｇ	ＪＰＹ９６／ｋｇ
   ＴＣ３向け長距離路線 （その他、オセアニアを除く）	ＪＰＹ１１０／ｋｇ	ＪＰＹ１１６／ｋｇ
   ＴＣ１／２、及びオセアニア	ＪＰＹ１３０／ｋｇ	ＪＰＹ１３７／ｋｇ

3. その他
• 燃油サーチャージは貨物の運賃適用重量(チャージャブルウェイト)に対して適用となります。
• 燃油サーチャージは最低料金適用貨物には適用いたしません。
• 燃油サーチャージの金額は、航空運送状の「Other Charges」欄に「MY」のコードを用い、「Total Other Charges Due Carrier」欄に他の料金との合算額をご記入下さい。
• 燃油サーチャージは前払い･着払いともに可能ですが、運賃（Weight Charge）の支払い方法と同一とするようお願いいたします。

Dear Valued Customers,

Subject : Change of fuel surcharge
(Government has approved).

Please be informed that captioned fuel surcharge which we filed with JCAB has been officially approved under approval number #2353.

We, again, would like to request your kind understanding in bearing the part of the fuel costs. Detailed conditions of the fuel surcharge are as follows.

• The surcharge of JPY96/kg for shipments departing from Japan to TC3 (TWN,HKG, MFM, ICN, China).
  The surcharge of JPY116/kg for shipment departing from Japan to TC3 (other Asia)
  The surcharge of JPY137/kg for shipment departing from Japan to TC1,TC2. and Oceania
• The effective date of surcharge is 01, January 2012(MAWB issued date).
• The surcharge is applicable on the chargeable weight shown on the AWB.
• The surcharge is not applicable to Minimum Charge shipment.
• Please add fuel surcharge code "MY" and the applicable amount in the "Other Charges" field on the AWB. In addition, add the fuel surcharge amount along with other charges in "Total Other Charges Due Carrier" column on the AWB.
• Surcharge may be paid either on PP or CC basis, however, it should be consistent with the payment for Weight Charge.
